NOTE: You will experience best results using an up-to-date browser such as Netscape 6 or Internet Explorer 5 or above. If the menu for selecting a publication date does not work in your browser, continue with your upload and mention the intended publication date in the comments field located on the upload page. IMPORTANT:ERROR MSG All ad files MUST be compressed for upload. File the instructions in the checklist below, then visit mspcommunications.com/upload/to transfer your files.ONE FILE PER UPLOAD: Only one file may be uploaded at a time. All files must be compressed. See below.PC USERS: Compress all files as a .ZIP archive using WinZip. MAC USERS: All files must be compressed with "StuffIt", Stuffed and BinHex'd. ERROR MSGFILE TRANSFER CHECKLIST:
1. INCLUDE ART FILES: All file links need to be included with the final ad file. This means ALL placed and/or stored/embeddedimages MUST be sent, including logos, photos, illustrations, maps, etc.These files should be saved as TIFF or EPS files. The recommendedresolution is 300-450 DPI. Files save as GIF, JPG, or PICT arelow resolution and are not intended for print use.2. INCLUDE FONTS: All fonts used in the ad MUST be sent with the file.3. COMPOSITE PROOF REQUIRED: All electronic ads must be accompanied bya hard copy composite print-out. Color proofs are necessary for fourcolor ads and should be sent to Ad Services with your files.
