Lead Field Account Specialist (FAS)
Bakersfield, CA The Lead Field Account Specialist will serve as a Field Account Specialist in a designated territory and be responsible for leading a team of Field Account Specialists serving other Area Offices.Specifically, the Lead Field Account Specialist will:
- Build the Skills of the Team - Training and Coaching
- Quality Assurance
- Manage Schedules - Balance Workloads, Manage Full Utilization, Drive Accountability
As a working supervisor, the Lead Field Account Specialist will also have the role of a Field Account Specialist. Specifically, a FAS works with Arrival's Order Management Teams in the following roles:
- Customer Solution Design and Validation - Voice
- Order Completion and Processing
- Order Tracking Liason - Between Area Offices and Order Tracking/Processing Groups
- Sales Support and Process Training - Area Office Q&A and Training Support
- Field Customer Service - Installation Support/Training and Post-Installation Proactive Support
ResponsibilitiesThe Lead Field Account Specialist will lead the team of Field Account Specialists (FAS) and perform the duties of a FAS in their designated area. Specifically, the supervisory responsibilities of the Lead Account Specialist are as follows:
- Build the Skills of the Team
- Quality Assurance
- Manage Schedules
The Field Account Specialist (FAS) duties that the Lead FAS will execute are as follows:- Support Productivity of the CC's (sales reps) in the Area Offices: Providing order processing support and ongoing customer support for area offices to allow CC's to focus their time on selling.
- Quality / Efficiency of Arrival Order Processing: Providing quality assurance to ensure accurate inputs (orders) that meet customers needs.
- Customer Satisfaction - Initial and Ongoing: Providing in-the-field customer care during the order process, during installation/service activation, and ongoing service support for larger (more complex) accounts.
Experience/Job Qualifications - cheap hotels in Florence2+ years - Customer Service or Sales Support Experience
- 3+ years - Voice Telecommunications Experience - CLEC, Interconnect, ILEC
- 1+ years - Supervisory Experience
- Strong Organizational Skills - Ability to Multi-Task and Execute Multiple Projects
- Strong Computer Skills - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Order Tracking Applications
