High Intelligence Does Not Equate with Cultural Intelligence
I do agree with the article though. A person with a high IQ may not necessarily be educated or have been exposed to different ethnic groups and cultures in their environment. It could be that they grew up and/or lived in places where the population is more homogenous and less diverse. They may not have had the privilege of pursuing an education or much less higher education. A person may be extremely intelligent. However, he or she may not necessarily be culturally aware, adept or harbour a sensitivity towards other cultures.
