For P.A.C. to be successful, this requires it's membership to act with a high degree of honesty, integrity and fair play.
It also requires the willingness to correct and/or negotiate settlements between parties regarding misinterpretations that arise.
Material items listed are expected to match their description and classification, and be available for delivery to the winning bidder.
Buyers are expected to be knowledgeable regarding their requirements and risk levels involved and honor their bids.
